The palate reinforces the terroir expression. Fresh sugarcane and herbal notes dominate, with mineral quality running through everything. Tropical notes add sweetness, oak spice provides structure, and the overall character is clean and terroir-driven. At 53.4%, it carries genuine weight.
The finish is medium-long with herbs, minerals, and a clean sugarcane close.
