How to Drink It
This makes the definitive Painkiller — Pusser's own cocktail creation. Combine with pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut, then grate nutmeg over the top. The gunpowder proof strength means the rum cuts through the fruit and coconut beautifully. Also excellent in a Navy Grog or simply with a splash of water.
