The name means 'heart of the cane' and it's apt. This blanc agricole captures the purest expression of fresh Martinique sugarcane — grassy, vegetal, with notes of citrus, white flower, and a hint of green banana. Clean and vibrant. Perfect in a Ti' Punch.

La Favorite is one of the last distilleries to use a steam engine, giving its rhum a distinctive character. Cœur de Canne is their purest expression — fresh cane, grassiness, citrus, white pepper, and a mineral finish. No frills, no manipulation, just honest Martinique spirit.

The Ti' Punch — rhum, cane syrup, lime — is the national drink of Martinique, and Cœur de Canne makes the finest version I've ever had. The intense fresh cane character stands up to the lime, the syrup rounds the edges, and the result is devastatingly delicious. A rite of passage.
